How can I ensure my Melitta® coffee stays fresh?

To maintain optimal flavor, store your coffee in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid refrigeration or freezing, as moisture can compromise the delicate oils and aromas.

What is the difference between various Melitta® filter sizes?

Filter sizes correspond to the size of your coffee maker. Size #2 is typically for 2-6 cup manual or electric brewers, while Size #4 is designed for 8-12 cup brewers. Size #6 is for large-capacity manual pour-overs.

When will my coffee order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email.

What is your return policy for food products?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or the product is damaged, please contact our customer service team within 30 days for a replacement or refund.

Are Melitta® coffee filters compostable?

Yes, Melitta® bamboo and paper filters are 100% biodegradable and compostable. You can place the used filter and coffee grounds directly into your compost bin.
